O F F I C E H O U R S
I work from a home
office and can typically be reached Monday-Friday.
I don’t work weekends unless
we’ve made an exception for your design to be installed then.
D E S I G N C R E D I T
I will place a link
at the foot of your blog giving proper credit to the kinch life design.
This is
to remain there for the duration of your design being live.
P A Y M E N T
All payment takes
place via Paypal.
The full design cost is to be paid before designing can
begin.
R E V I S I O N S
Please note the
allotted revisions with your design package.
In the event you need more, they
are an additional 5.00 per revision.
Additionally, take note when revisions are
done, the timeline of the finished product will be delayed.
T I M E L I N E
A design can take anywhere
from one week to a couple months.
I am happy to give you an estimate of when
you can expect your design to be completed
but I cannot be held responsible if
that timeline is exceeded.
Much thought and preparing go into each and every
design therefore
if I’m not comfortable with design elements they won’t be sent
to meet a deadline.
I want to fully stand behind each design I complete which
might take a bit longer to come up with.
A L T E R I N G
Any altering of the
design elements I’ve created is not acceptable.
No exceptions.
L O G I N
At the time of
installation I require your blogger login and password.
This is collected
immediately before install and is deleted directly after installation is
complete.
This information is 100% confident and will not be shared.
I N S T A L L A T I O
N
After your design is
approved I’ll give you a date you can expect the design to be installed.
At this
time you need to have all the content on your sidebar ready
for the installation
as I do not do those extras for you.
Ex: instagram widget, blog list, archive…
etc.
Additionally, you are responsible for getting all navigation bar links and
category links (if applicable) set up and assigned so I can code your design
correctly.
A F T E R I N S T A L L R E V I S I O N S
In the event you are
requesting revisions after the design is installed,
this will result in a 15.00
flat fee and 5.00 per revision.
After the design is installed, I have completed
my process with working on your design.
Take note, if it was my error, this fee
is not applicable.
D E S I G N F I L E S
After your design is
installed all your files will be deleted resulting in later updates or changes
to be unavailable.
If you’d like me to keep them for later use or updates, you
can purchase design storage at a 10.00 fee.
D E L A Y I N R E S P O N S E
If you take longer than 6 weeks to return communication about your design work,
your design will be terminated without a refund. This includes all pieces of that design being deleted from my files.

S E L E C T I O N
I have the right to
decline any projects that don’t mesh with my design capabilities.
I also have
the right to terminate any projects during the process resulting in a refund.
